Does it seem to be exactly what happened? Actually, yeah.
The lights are on in here, and the guy is standing just inside the entryway, entirely too close for it to have been anyone else who unlocked it; he's kind of dressed like some sort of crisis is being had but you know what, that's. Probably fine. Definitely a thing, but fine.
...That said, he doesn't seem to be moving to attack you, or, you know, moving at all. Just kind of apparently staring at you in a way that wouldn't be out of place in The Shining.]
[He is about two seconds from punching the dude anyway, because when in doubt, just punch it. But he actually does recognize those clothes - there was a guy wearing something like that in one of his memories, wasn't there? He's pretty sure there was, though that doesn't explain what a guy from their past life is doing here.]
