SHIGURE RANGETSU ♛ AGE: 31 ♛ OCCUPATION: Works at the Recollé Animal Shelter, runs Purrfect Pals (a network of volunteers for cat adoptions and care) ♛ HEIGHT: 6'1" ♛ SCARS: Many all over his hands and arms (from cats, of course), though he does have a few from getting into fights as well. ♛ TATTOOS: None (probably). ♛ APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION: Shigure's canon appearance can be found here, though obviously there are some changes in the AU. Starting from the top, Shigure's hair is cut shorter, though it's still wild and getting it to do anything is a struggle. His eyes are no longer golden, they're brown. The scars on his chin are gone (he's got plenty of other cat scratches, though). Shigure's nowhere near as muscular as his canon counterpart, though he does work out a good amount so he's a bit more built than average. Fortunately, he is not quite as confident as his canon self, so he actually wears shirts and reasonable clothes. He usually dresses casually, though he does have slightly-nicer outfits he'll wear out whenever he's partying. ♛ CHANGES IN GAME: N/A ♛ DEMEANOR: Shigure strikes a really weird balance between coming off as incredibly intimidating and looking like he might punch you and somehow being incredibly genuine and friendly. He's somewhere between the extremes, though he does like getting into fights and he is going to strike up a conversation with you at some point, because this man is just that outgoing. He's pretty relaxed most of the time, but give him a chance to fight or talk about cats and he will be the most excited man you've ever met. Though he tends to look pretty intimidating and rough around the edges, he's an endless source of energy and it's (usually) spent on being aggressively outgoing and upbeat rather than punching people. Usually. ♛ VOICE: Shigure is voiced by Max Mittelman and he sounds pretty chill, most of the time. Shigure does get worked up easily, especially when he's found someone to fight, and his voice reflects that easily. Regardless of how excited he is, he always sounds pretty relaxed, even when he's literally dying. In Recollé, Shigure's no different. He usually sounds upbeat and excited, but not in the manic way that canon Shigure gets. PERMISSIONS ♛ BACKTAGGING: I'm fine with backtagging but I'm kind of bad at keeping up with it. If there's something you'd like to continue please let me know and I'll get on it! ♛ FOURTHWALLING: I'd prefer to avoid this. ♛ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Most physical affection is totally fine with Shigure, though he tends not to initiate it unless he knows a person well and has some idea whether they're okay with it or not. He's not exactly a huggy person, but he is absolutely here to punch people in the shoulder. Punching is a sign of affection, right??? ♛ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Absolutely! Shigure is the most fighty person alive in canon and he's kept some of that in the AU. He is very fond of brawls and getting into fights, though it's usually not out of anger, but just because he's Like This. He is specifically here for brawls, please don't involve knives or other weapons, he's not down for trying to murder anyone (yet). ♛ RELATIONSHIPS: He's absolutely here for relationships, though he tends to prefer casual things and not anything long term. Shigure's usually pretty chill with his exes and he's not one to get mad about a relationship breaking up, but at the same time is this really what you want???
